The city museum is located at the "Schnatterloch" in a Renaissance house and two adjacent timber-framed houses. It provides information on the cultural-historical development of the city. Finds from the Roman fort at Miltenberg are presented on two floors. A branch of the museum is located in Hauptstraße, in the Caritas home for the aged at the Würzburger Tor. A Roman pottery kiln and documentation on the excavations can be seen here during the day.
