Pins made of non-ferrous heavy metal
Construction excavations in 1962 brought to light a jug with silver
coins. This sensational find contained 1,350 silver coins and seven
gold coins. The find was made in the southeastern area of the fort.
The youngest coins date to 167/168 AD.
The treasure was hidden around this time, probably due to an
attack. This was a turbulent period marked by Chatti attacks on the
fort. The archaeological features include burnt layers and evidence
of destruction.
